How to Order & Making Payments

1. How to Order
– Check out directly on web
– Send us the request for bigger shipment. We will check and revert by email.
2. Order Confirmed
– Proforma Invoice
– Checking and confirmed quantity.
– Make a contract then deposit to proceed shipment.
3. Minimum Order Quantity
– We accept MOQ 1 pcs for sample products (send by DHL)
– 1 pallet: shpt proceed via LCL
– 1 container: shpt proceed via FCL
4. Method Of Payment
– We accept payment by Paypal, Banking, Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card
– Payment Terms is: T/T, L/C
– Deposit fee must be settled within 10 days

Normal Packing & Other Remark

1. How We Packing
– Checking pots before Packing
– Nested and loaded on pallets.
– Covered with plastic film & packed with strings.
– Loading to cont by forklift and fumigated.
2. Production time
– Lead Time
+ 1 container: 45-60 days
+ 2 containers: 60-75 days
+ 3 containers: 90-100 days
+ Over 3 containers: Negotiable faster
– Normal Time: about 30-45 days
4. Other Remarked
– All orders are allowed +/- 5% in quantity and amount.
– Standard packing: by fumigated pallet, brown carton, or PE bag.
– Sampling lead time is within 2-3 weeks upon receipt of advance deposit or confirmation for making samples
3. Local Charges at Origin
